Proto Min Sentinel can fit 3 complex extenders and 2 complex plates for a total of 1546 HP. That's not counting resistance bonuses either.
3 extenders if you want to have horrible recharge rates and 2 plates if you want to be slow as Sh*t like the other heavies and have long recharge delays. ADV cal assault will run faster, tank more, smaller hit box. ect.

People use shield suits but they want to fight like armor suits. They want to stand and deliver while they're suppose to hit and run. If you play the suit right, it can be really good.

Is 450 armor on a shield medium frame ok? Should a Minmatar heavy be = to Caldari/Gallante Medium frames in EHP wise. Minmatar Assault=Caldari/Gallante light suits? Minmatar scout=??
P.S. I don't abuse broken weapons like the Six Kin...

Caldari suits are not designed for hit and run gameplay.
Why? Maybe in eve they are designed for brawling but in Dust, they're made to hit and run.
There have been many times where I go up with super tanked gallante suits and when my shield gets low I hide behind cover and wait about 2 second for my 50+ regen to kick in and pop back out where as I've recoved almost 300+ hp quite fast while hes only recovered about 90. Shields in Dust are set up to hit and run. It's sad a guy like you who is supposedly intelligent still doesn't understand this.
